  The office staff at The Reserve are amazing! They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I have so many examples to share. Recently, I needed to have some documents notarized quickly so I asked Katie in the front office if she and another co-worker would be available to witness the signing, without hesitation she told me, yes. When we arrived at the office Katie and Quendra came outside to sign (COVID safe ,6 ft apart), it was windy, raining and cold, but Katie and Quendra were real troopers and signed off on all the documents. My family and I were so impressed by their commitment and professionalism throughout the whole process. I just wanted to thank them again for their kindness.
  
  Secondly, I wanted to thank the servicemen who are so kind, respectful, and professional when responding to a service call. Not only are the issues handled quickly and with great skill, but they have even at times have offered and thrown out the trash for my parents. That level of service is hard to find these days. So thanks for the excellent service, you continue to exceed our expectations with each encounter.

  Nice place to live, friendly, quiet and secure! The personal of community office is very efficient and willing to help! The recreational facilites are clean !
