  I started going to Bay View Boot Camp when I moved to St Pete. I was looking for a group fitness class to replace the class I had been going to for 5 years in NJ. BVBC has been perfect. The class times are perfect for my schedule and I love being outside. The weather and water views are definitely a perk of being in FL so why not exercise outside! The coaches are very motivating and build programs that are challenging for a range of fitness levels. Class is structured to be a full body workout with strength and cardio components. No class is ever the same!

  I have been wanting a fitness routine that is sustainable and enjoyable and BVBC is exactly that. Laura and the other coaches/trainers are great motivators who clearly know what they are doing and everyone in the group is extremely positive and supportive! Every workout is different and pushes you to be stronger and better while having fun. And the icing on the cake is the location right on the water with great views.

  Great workout and great group of people! Workouts are varied every day to work different parts of the body ( cardio focus, agility, strength, core) and to keep things interesting. Who knew there are so many different ways to work those abs? The coaches are great.. Able to explain and demonstrate the exercises, and to correct form. And the other boot camp clients are very welcoming and supportive. I felt like party of the family after my second class. Of course, you can't beat the beautiful location that makes you happy to be up early and working out!

  I have been a member of Bay View Boot Camp for over a year and a half, and I cant imagine ever working out in the gym again! Every workout is challenging and extremely rewarding. I am motivated and inspired by each member at Bay View Boot Camp. It is an uplifting atmosphere, with the best view in St. Pete. Don't worry if you are a beginner, as we all are at some point, Laura and her trainers provide modifications for every exercise. Working out is now the highlight of my day, whereas, going to the gym used to feel like a chore. If you want to feel challenged, rewarded, inspired, motivated, and fit into your skinny jeans, I suggest giving Bay View Boot Camp a try!

  Bay View Boot Camp is amazing! I have been attending boot camp for over 3 years. Laura and the training team are amazing! They motivate and inspire all of the members! They are dedicated to helping each one of us reach are full potential! The workouts are different each day, they are challenging and fun no matter what the fitness level. Thank you Laura for everything! Also working out over looking the Bay is not a bad thing ;) Try it - you won't be disappointed!
