From first contact, quoting and scheduling everyone I dealt with was kind and professional.
Long Story Short:
Our driver arrived at Copp's yard by mistake, they communicated his arrival to me, and worked our load into their busy schedule all the while communicating, and doing exactly as they said they would do.
They completed storage and re-delivery for half of what Old Dominion quoted me.
