So much better than plodding along at a normal gym and better results than you could get with a personal trainer. Everyone is friendly and sociable and the classes are suitable for any level beginner to superfit! All the equipment, advice and encouragement you could ever need.

I can't recommend Tiger Pit Cross Fit highly enough. The coaches are excellent and point you in the right direction of your personal goals to get the best out of your classes.

This and the other members keep me coming back, amazing team spirit, guidance and support from everyone you meet.

If you want to get crazy fit, meet new friends, and have fun, join immediately.

Not your glamour gym, but an amazing place if you looking for results. I'm x4 times Ironman Triathlete and this place is amazing for of season training. The owners are there with you all the way, explain you how it works and pushes you to your personal limit... ????????????????????️
