  *UPDATE: The owner has contacted me and resolved everything. He was very kind and we worked everything out. Thanks to him for taking time to fix it.*
  Took in for fluff n fold. They didn't do that and threw away my socks and underwear. My laundry bag even had a ticket on it saying fluff n fold. They said they would replace my socks and underwear, to bring them the receipt and they would send me a check. 3 months later and no check for the replacements.
