Conveniently located a few miles east of downtown with plenty of services nearby. It would be nice if the area were more "walkable" but otherwise I liked it.

Seemed like they were still understated from the pandemic, I was told room service had resumed and I saw the maids working each morning, but my room was never cleaned. The person running "the bistro" always seemed to have something else they needed to do instead of hand me an orange.

That's really the only thing I could possibly complain about. If you are used to $90-$110 a night hotels you know exactly what to expect.

5 STARS for the hotel staff and I couldn’t mention the staff without giving prominence to Seanda Marshall. Seanda is the epitome of what hospitality looks like. She went above and beyond to right all wrongs during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel as she went above and beyond to ensure that it was our home away from home. I’m a frequent traveler and I’ve never experienced such a hospitable staff member at any of my previous hotels. Believe me when I say that’s saying a lot! Marriott has a gem in Seanda. Thanks again for making our home away from home such a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our time here. The staff was so friendly from am to pm. Always treated my children kindly and respectfully. I felt the team always went above and beyond.
