  As a health professional and Olympic Lifting (Strength and Conditioning) Coach myself I find it a pleasure and honor to work with Chris. Chris has hosted numerous meets at Bluewave that are always smooth running. He and all the lifters at Bluewave foster a great team environment and place highly at larger competitions. Chris focuses on sound movement, keeping his athletes physically healthy, is active in weightlifting politics and effectively manages numerous lifters, many high level, remotely and on site.

  Low key spot with a great "get at it as hard as you want to" atmosphere. Stopped by for an open gym session and spoke with the owner and had a very positive experience. Very well mannered and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back to BlueWave for sure. If I could give it a few more stars I would.

  Came to blue wave while in town for a convention. If you want to do some weightlifting it’s a great gym. Great people. Top notch. Thanks for the session.

  Best weightlifting club in DFW! Coach Chris is very knowledgeable about injury prevention, gymnastics progressions, Olympic weightlifting, general fitness, health, and more.

  I have joined BlueWave recently and love the atmosphere here. Chris does an amazing job tailoring workouts to fit any need. I have been impressed at how he programs movements to protect his athletes as well as build strength and flexibility. Overall this is a great gym to call home.
