Great staff, very friendly. Abner is helpful and very nice. It's not Lowe's biggest, but they compensate quite well.
Home Depot blew it. They are out of stock, their website product on hands are wrong and their associates don’t care. I spent an hour in the store shopping for various items, but when I finally started looking for the item I really went their for (creosote logs) I wasted an hour of my life. HD showed 13 on hand.
I IMMEDIATELY looked at the nearest LOWE’S online and they showed 18 of the creosote logs in stock. I left all of my merchandise behind and went straight to LOWE’S.
I walked into the LOWE’S and went straight to the aisle and bay listed online and immediately found the product. I went to the checkout, where I was greeted and checked out. In and out in less than ten minutes.
Additionally, the LOWE’S was cleaner and had a much better Christmas set than I had just seen at Depot. Nice job Marvin Ellison.
