  I am so excited that I joined 9Round! Trainers are super welcoming and supportive, the energy is always up, and my workout is an awesome challenge. I already feel stronger and healthier, and I feel motivated to keep it up at 9Round. Their rotating circuit training model is ideal for my schedule when you aren’t able to make specific schedule times of other fitness places. Can’t wait to keep it up!

  Went to 9round not knowing what to expect and was nervous about doing the techniques right. I've been wanting to get into Kickboxing for awhile and after trying a couple places out, 9round definitely made its mark. Nick and the rest of the trainers were so friendly and the atmosphere in the building was superb. The trainers want to help you succeed in your goals. Would definitely recommend this to others!!

  Best 30 minutes of the day! Hands down the best kickboxing facility in the triad! Trainers are fantastic - The gym is ALWAYS CLEAN! You're treated like friends and family here. Staff and management are always there to assist.
  
  An absolute blast! Not only do you get to track your own fitness goals IN REAL TIME! You get to work out on YOUR TIME!
  
  A++ Put your gloves on , step on the mat and they take care of the rest!

  I stopped in today to see about a workout while visiting Greensboro. I met with Nick and Kelsi who were extremely welcoming. If you haven’t been to 9Round I highly recommend it. I’m not a “gym” kind of person but have been an active 9Round member in another state for almost 3 years. 9Round is nothing like any other gym and I’ve tried quite a few. Give it a try...the first workout is free so nothing to lose!!! Thanks Nick and Kelsi for the great workout!!!

  I've been a 9round member for over 2 years, and I honestly will never work out anywhere else! Nick and the team have such a great energy and provide a encouraging and friendly environment. There is such a great community of fellow members and the work out is always kick butt! Get ready to sweat, because even though it's only 30 minutes, it's non-stop and works every muscle! The workout is never the same, so you'll get all over strength. The other thing I just love about 9round is the flexibility, a new round starts every 3 minutes - so I never am late or miss a work out because of time. Big shout out to Nick and team! You guys are what makes 9round GSO the best 9round!
