  Best tacos I've had! Most places like to leave eggs slightly runny (which is straight up dangerous) they dont. (Having worked at a taco laredo I get why because the steam tables are so hot they slowly cook/dry food out over time and eggs are the quickest to cook) but I'd rather have a dry egg over a runny egg any day..
  
  So finally a place that doesnt do that! The morning shift is fast.. even when busy I get the order within 10 minutes. Their potatoes are cooked just how I like it.. CRISPY! I love this Taco Laredo.

  Ordered 2 barbacoa tacos. I was written a small ticket, and proceeded to pay at the register without incident. In about 6 minutes my order was ready. Each taco was great, and had plenty of meat. They were out of cilantro, but that's okay. Went ahead and just used pico de gallo. The taste was great. Flour tortillas have to much fat in them. The Laredo Taco Co. Should switch to White Wing Tortilla mix. At each Stripes that I review, the tortillas are hit or miss. At least I was served and not rushed, unlike the one in Odem, who were rushing me away, so they could work on deli items, instead of making fresh barbacoa, or fresh tortillas. This Stripes Laredo Taco Co. Is good. If you are hungry stop here. It's better during the day when the all male crew is working. Even the tortillas are diffrent during the day. Its 10:41 p.m. and I'm sitting here in Stripes typing this review. It's Tuesday June 11. It's very clean. The girl with the red hair is really doing some work. She should get a raise. She's sweeping right now. Oh and the Taco Co. Is open 24 hours.????????????????????????????????????????
