  Timan custom is one of the best companies I have dealt with in the Cleveland area. Selections are on pointe, customer service it absolutely top rate. The team I’ve had twice (Rachelle, Liz and Dave) are perfection. They did my house in 2015 and we just did it again due to fire damage. You cannot go wrong with Timan. All price points available. Best in the business. Enjoyable people to work with.

  I love everything about Timan. I have been using them for years and they never disappoint. My HD shades look amazing and the installation was on point. The process from initial selection all the way until the end is always professional. I highly recommend Timan for your window treatments.

  I had to call Timan Custom Window Treatments for a repair to my Silhouette Power Rise shades recently. The young man, Dave Toma, who ended up coming out to my house was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to fix my shade even though it was an older Silhouette which is apparently not being made by Hunter Douglas anymore. I was very impressed with this young professional. He was friendly, on time, respectful and most of all he knew his window treatments and parts! He is a valuable asset to Timan and a wonderful representative for Hunter Douglas as well.
