  The place is a little bit old, but the food is suuuper good, they have encebollado a classic ecuadorian dish!

  Great food from an inconspicuous place. Its claim to fame is that it's the oldest taqueria in Charlotte, and that it still serves authentic Mexican style cuisine. I don't know about the former but the latter is true, and the cuisine is delicious.
  
  The mole slathered burritos are strongly recommended, as is the red mole which is properly unctuous and spicy.
  
  The lunch menu is also very good, with the chimichangas and enchiladas on it both producing rave reviews.
  
  While the menu doesn't seem veg* friendly at first the staff is more than helpful in customizing dishes for vegetarians and vegans. The fajita Burrito is probably the easiest to make vegan, and absolutely worth trying.
  
  Finally, the margaritas are delicious and suitably strong.
  
  The price for all this is reasonable, to say the least, while the decor is colorful and delightful.
  
  Cannot recommend strongly enough for people in the Charlotte area or those passing by.

  This was a surprise find. Just driving down the road looking for lunch, we almost missed this unassuming gem.
  They seemed to gather a nice little lunch crowd.
  The food was authentic and delicious. The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was very clean.
  The decor was very bright and colorful.
  
  Absolutely think it's a place worth trying. So if you're on the fence, jump over and in... you'll definitely like it... parking is easy, so no reasons work as to why you'll miss out.... Enjoy !!!!

  Food tastes great, prices are reasonable.
  Parking is available and the service is not bad. Free chips and salsa are provided after being seated. Place isn't huge nor tiny, kind of a cozy atmosphere.
  As the main dish I would recommend getting tacos. The beef head taco and tongues taco were awesome. The Chicken taco was good as well.
  
  My friend liked the tostada's!
