Saint Agnes Hospice was wonderful taking care of my father-in-law during his final 2 months at Horizons. Nurses, spiritual worker and management worked together to keep him comfortable during his final days. They were very warm and caring to all of us. We would highly suggest them.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with the hospice staff, they were all compassionate, kind, and did an amazing job at making us feel like we made the right decision. Truly thankful for this team!

Saint Agnes hospice cared for my father in law the last year of his life. They were amazing! Staff was so knowledgeable and supportive and really helped us to understand the declining process. We were so happy with all the care and would highly recommend their services to all!

By far the most compassionate and efficient staff in Fresno. I would refer everyone I know that is going through a difficult time with a terminal illness to Saint Agnes hospice.
