  I cannot say enough about my experience with Oz and this store! I have been dealing with a very complicated series of problems caused by what I believe was an unethical T-Mobile sales person over the phone. From the first day that I walked into the store, Oz has been very patiently and expertly working with me to help resolve my many issues. I've had to talk with many different phone customer service reps throughout this ordeal, and only Oz has the caring and expertise to help make sure my issue is resolved. The rest of the staff at this location have all been nice and helpful as well.

  Great customer service and thankful Oz took my call and answered my questions that he could help. So I went to this location and explained my new phone would not bluetooth with my watch.
  I also have a square and doorbell that is bluetooth together with no problem.
  It was because my new phone is LG and the watch is a Samsung. I didn't know what app to use.
  But Oz did so now I'm all connected and very happy. I have now been with team mobile for 15 years.

  I went last week to get a new phone and was helped by Korbin and Osman. They were both very knowledgeable and able to help me switch over all of my apps, contacts, photos with no issues. The store atmosphere was positive and clean. I am glad that I went to this location for service!

  If you have any issues with this store. Contact the manager Osman. He will take care of you and hear you out. :) Here’s what happened to me. I recently had an absolute horrible experience with the store associate Stephanie. Went in for a warranty screen protector and she said it was not on my account. I started asking questions as to why and she cut me off numerous times saying I can call another number and they will send me a free screen protector. She proceeded to say I need to come back with my receipt. I did! 20 min later!! And then was told they can’t do anything with a receipt! I was told she was thinking I wouldn’t come back the same night. She said she’d been working at that store for 3 months... I’m thinking 3 months too long!! Horrific customer service. She raised her voice at me... and I stayed calm while she just kept cutting me off instead of answering my questions. Turns out.... I was right the whole time. I request the manager contact me. He did the very day he returned to the store. He was very polite, professional and informed he would definitely be addressing my experience with Stephanie as he does not condone his customers being treated this way. He is the reason I will continue going back to his store. Thanks for following up Osman!
