  My wife and I have been attending One Beat classes from the time they opened. We absolutely love the staff, the atmosphere, and the community is amazing. I am a more experienced athlete, and the coaches always push me to the next level with every workout. My wife is a beginner crossfitter, but loves the mental push of these workouts. The staff does an amazing job of teaching my wife and allowing her to build her confidence by answering her questions. They support our goals and listen to our feedback! You would be hard pressed to find a better box in Aurora!

  Great culture, great programming, great people, great coaches and great owners! I love that there's no pressure to perform a movement despite pre-existing injuries! The coaches help you modify the workouts to a level that's still challenging, but a lot safer than trying to force you to do an exercise you're not physically capable of doing. As someone who's been injured at another CrossFit gym, this is important to me!
  
  I've been working out on and off for about a year in my garage and since Day 1, One Beat has made me excited to workout with people again!

  I love this gym! The coaches are super nice, the workouts are fun and challenging, and the atmosphere is always friendly. They are open to helping anyone who is starting CrossFit for the first time by assisting with scaling and workout modifications, but it is also challenging for those who have been going for a long time. We need more people to come to the 5 AM and 6 AM classes, so anyone who is considering coming and needs some place to go in the morning before their crazy days start absolutely should!
