All in all a pretty decent harvester. The staff are always pleasant, the food is normally to a pretty good standard and the restaurant itself is usually fairly clean and tidy (which is impressive for a place as family friendly as this). Never had a problem really, and the kids love the entertainment section.

The cups for the bottomless drinks could be a bit bigger.
Nice renovations.
Polite staff, on my visit.

We visited mid-week as we had a 50% off mains voucher. The food was good, can't complain about half price steak, but one of our side dishes didn't arrive. They appeared to be very short of serving staff resulting in waits between courses and the waitress seemed a little hassled. However, the vacant table next to us was cleaned 3 times, on two occasions by the same staff member! I think redistribution of jobs might have helped, they were very busy - everyone must have had their vouchers!

Fantastic refurb, it must have had a knock on effect on the food because it's the best I have had so far hot even the chips and tasty.
