  Everyone was very nice and professional. The lady working the desk has the patience of a saint. I called her many times because I couldnt figure out the app to make my appointment, and she never sounded like she was annoyed and she was so nice. The doc and nurses were super nice also. Would recommend

  The nurse Lamb was very kind and patient. Tyra was also a delight and very gentle when performing my testing. Dr. Ha always goes above and beyond for his patients. Will definitely be recommending First Med to my family and friends.

  Dr. Patel was amazing as always. He accepts the fact that patients know their own bodies and are aware of what’s going on. He is open-minded, compassionate, fast and efficient. I came in today with the beginnings of bronchitis. I’ve had it so many times that I know the drill. He knew I knew the symptoms and he trusted that I understand my own body. Also, his staff is so nice and caring. They take the hassle out of a visit. Thanks to an awesome team. Blessed be.
