  We had an exceptional experience with Robert at CarpetNow. I can’t say enough good things. He helped us with the selection of carpet for our new home in Dallas, talking through and showing us a variety of options on quality, price and color/design. He met every commitment on timing and price. The carpet installation was just as planned, with no punch list needed. The carpet is very good quality - soft and looks great. We had great communications from Robert throughout the purchase and installation process. At the time we were working with a variety of companies for housework, and he was the easiest and best to work with! I would do business again with CarpetNow without hesitation.

  I highly recommend Carpet Now - Plano! Robert was very helpful and professional. He gave me a quote the same day I contacted them and had the carpet installed in no time. Very fast and the carpet looks great!

  I was referred to this company by our real estate agent. From the first phone call with Robert to the completed flooring I was extremely impressed. I spoke to several other companies but carpet now was the most responsive and the most affordable. They were able to get in and complete all the work in 2 days. The flooring looked great, everything was cleaned up. Would definitely use them again!

  Robert and his crew were great. He came out the day after I requested an appointment, listened to my preferences, made suggestions and got an order placed. His crew was on time for the installation, worked diligently and completely cleaned up after the job. I can't recommend this company highly enough. The many five star reviews are well deserved.

  I give Robert at Carpet Now 5 Stars. He is amazing. I called him to give me a quote and he came out right away, he was very prompt, courteous, professional, explained everything in detail, and he has great communication. From start to finish Robert was there every step. He stopped out while the carpet was being installed and even came afterwards to make sure everything went smooth. His crew was careful with our furniture and when finished installing the carpet they even vacuumed up. I highly recommend Robert and his crew to install your new carpet. They are affordable and the carpet turned out even better than I imagined! Thank you for everything and making the transaction fun so smoothly! I appreciate everything and I will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family for their flooring needs!
