Beautifully renovated facility with the latest new equipment. Amazing, caring coaches who tailor their class to the abilities of each athlete.

(November 4, 2017, 8:50 am)New ownership team with all new equipment in a newly renovated space - but its the quality of coaching that sets this gym apart from other Crossfit boxes. They really do know what they are doing and are great at explaining it to beginners and experts too. Great energy here
