I bought a device at a different store, and I was having problems and couldn’t even get it to “fire”. Britney helped me figure out what was wrong and even sat with me for an over an hour to get my settings to where I like them. She was patient and informative while I was looking for a new juice, I definitely will be making the 45 min trip to this store, anytime I need something,
