  Dr. Koepsel is professional, friendly and attentive to you. Hands down the best dentist! I now reside in Oklahoma City and I'm still loyal to my dentist because that's just how great he is.

  Experience as a first-visit patient getting regular cleaning:
  
  I waited in the lobby just long enough to fill out the first-visit patient forms. Immediately after handing them back to the receptionist, a dental hygienist took me back to a room. The hygienist was very kind, friendly, and informative. She explained what she was doing, and why she was doing what she did as she went through the motions.
  
  Before the cleaning was done, Dr. Koepsel came in. Immediately, he was very charismatic and friendly. His examination was quick, and he was off. The hygienist finished the cleaning, gave recommendations based on her and the doctor’s observations, handed me a goodie bag, and scheduled me for my next appointment.
  
  The office itself was nice and comfortable. TVs were in each room, with remotes. Everyone I encountered was very warm and welcoming.
  
  All in all, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist, and I would recommend it to anyone.

  Dr.Koepsel is a great dentist, very personable, Joyce is so helpful, and very pleasant lady, she will help with all your billing needs. When you walk in to east wichita dentist, the staff is is so friendly, and always smiling, and always make sure your comfortable. I have never had a better dentist experience. ..

  I had a crown break off and called the front desk at 3:00. They told me to come in at 3:30 to evaluate. Dr Koepsel determined I needed a new crown and fixed me up on the spot. It was just 3 hours from the time I called the front desk to the time I walked out of his office with a new crown in place. Exceptional & speedy service. And the gals that checked me out at the end were pretty great too ?
