I have known Armen for many years. He is a most reliable neighbor, always there to help or assist. Likewise this is how he runs his electric business, always giving solid advise, reasonable prices and expert work. Having been ripped off before by contractors I, like many seniors am very skeptical about hiring workers, and so work does not get done.
