  Rude and Obnoxious! I could hear the desk managers talking about I have no money down and no job! They laughed!!! My trade is worth something. I was upfront with the salesman and his manager when I walked in. Alfonso and Pasor where honest with me the other Desk managers made inappropriate comments that the whole showroom could hear!

  Update 6/25/20:
  Service manager and advisor contacted me and proactively trying to resolve the problem. I was impressed by their professionalism. They admit the problem of the original post but provide great solution without hesitation. I can truly feel they put customer first! Raised the star to 4. 5 Star for their customer first mentality but shaved 1 for the original issue.

  Filthy job done! The inside my my car were covered with dust and splashed with either coffee or oil! The service rep was nice tho. But really a dirty job done!

  What a wonderful experience! My husband and I dealt with Timothy Connell and he was not your typical salesman, he was quite personable and did not give us the runaround. We have been customers in the past and decided to return to purchase another vehicle...we drove away in a new truck at a price that was reasonable!   They were great to work with did most of it online & over the phone because we are 80 miles away. They were helpful & courteous. Both Stephanie & Van were great! But the dealership as a whole were great. We got a great deal & felt taken care of. As potential buyers they treated us just as well & an actual buyer so we bought. They leave other dealerships in the dust with customers service. Thanks again great experience!
