  Today was my first appointment with them and it was wonderful. The receptionists were friendly, the tech was great, and Dr. Wirkus is probably the best eye doctor I've ever had. He was extremely professional and has a great attitude which makes for a very positive visit. I will absolutely be returning!

  Super friendly. Cheaper than every place around them, and great selection of glasses. Definitely recommend

  I had a 9 happy appt and my husband had an 11:20 appt. We got there a little before 9 and the receptionist saw me waiting and opened the door. They also made every attempt to for my husband in earlier and was able to. We were done by 10:30 including buying and picking out glasses. Dr. Angelo was very nice and professional. She even answered my questions that weren't necessarily related to my exam. The only feedback is that the receptionist, although nice, really had no personalized and didnt look happy to be there.

  Had been frustrated in the past with other local large franchise eye doctors in the area and was very please with the East Arbors location with Dr. Angelo. The technician was also great to work with. I was done with the appointment in 30min, and felt like my past grievances with service elsewhere were heard and addressed. Probably won't purchase frames from this location (as in general they more expensive by up to 20% than even boutique online companies that aren't covered by insurance). Will definitely go back.

  First experience for me and my husband at the Arbors location. Wonderful experience from the time I made the appointment until the contacts were purchased. Angela, the optometrist assistant, and Dr. Angelo were amazing. Everything was explained in detail and it went so easily and seamless. Found my new eye doctor! Would highly recommend this location!
