  The customer service is comprehensive, friendly and professional. Also, I am glad there is always a reminder about the auto payment just to make sure everything is ready with my account. I’ve never had a claim, but I have no doubt that the customer service would be exquisite. Thank you.

  I started receiving E-mails from Carol Clark and office in attempts to renew my homeowner insurance policy, upon advising them that I had already sold my home nearly a year ago Carol quickly found that my old mortgage company did not cancel my policy as promised. Due to this, Carol quickly determined that I was due a refund. She sent me all of the information and took all of the necessary steps to ensure my refund was received and further proceeded to ask if I needed assistance with anything else. In addition, after expressing my gratitude and explaining how this was my first home sale, she took it a step further by explaining the process and gave me tips for next time. Now, a year after the sale of my home, I'll be getting a nice refund that couldn't have come at a better time that I likely would've never thought to ask about. Customer service at its very best. Thank you Carol!

  Ive has State Farm for the last 20 years. The Service and Price was better than State Farm. The agents there went out of their way to explain all the policy coverages and pricing to make sure I was comfortable with the policy. They also explained Life Insurance for my family's needs better than the representative we have worked with for years! Thank you all for the great experience!! I highly recommend this agency!
