  I recommend Dr. Giddings to EVERYONE. And e staff is amazing and so helpful. Very clean, sterile, but still warm and inviting atmosphere. I can’t go on about the Memorial Health Portal, everything from personal records for EVERY visit without having to drive, pay, and wait. Just print it out. Need to ask a question? Just send an email through the portal! Request Refills, appointments, see the referral info along every odd thing the Specialist will ask for AND how many specialist visits Dr Giddings got approved through your insurance. Not tech savvy? No prob, call and the staff will gladly help you! I have plenty of doctors right here but I gladly drive 35 minutes of my ways he goes to see them especially Dr. Giddings

  Dr. Joseph is one of the most patient, caring, thorough doctors you will ever meet. The entire staff is courteous friendly and professional. They take extra care to keep the facility spotless, sanitary and comfortable. You can see right away they are a state of the art facility with great people that really care about you and your family

  I highly recommend Memorial Family Practice. Dr. Joseph is my current primary physician, she is professional, caring, and knowledgeable in her field.   Memorial Family Medicine has several locations throughout Jacksonville FL, the University Ave. office has 6 doctors, one is a licensed FAA physical examiner (Guy T. Selander MD)
  The office staff is friendly and the office is clean. However, the decor is from the 1990’s ...but, that doesn’t really matter, the medical team is top notch and current to today’s technology.
  I would recommend the Memorial Family Med.
