Went into this location on Sunday. Samantha (store personnel) was very accommodating & had great customer service when i needed Earthborn dog food. She signed me up for the rewards program & gave great advice. I will making this store my preferred pet store. Great job!!

I shopped here for the first time today and it was wonderful. reasonable prices and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. And as a bonus, when i mentioned it was my pet’s birthday they gave me a small gift bag for her. Definitely plan to regularly shop here in the future

This place is really good for finding whatever you need for different kinds of pets, and one of my biggest qualms with pet stores (especially the chains) is their mistreatment of fish, but here they seem to be as well cared for as they can be under the circumstances. I bought my betta fish here, and although he was a bit of a dull and sleepy guy in the bag, once home in a suitable tank he got his full colors going! Basically, the fish are still in pet store conditions, but they're healthy. The same can be said for the rest of the animals in the store, as far as I've been able to tell.

The staff here is very polite and always willing to help. The store is well-stocked and has everything from fish supplies, small bird and reptile supplies and anything you may need for a cat or dog. The only thing that frustrates me is their lack of care for their Bettas; every time I have gone there they are sick or near death. All the other animals seem to be well taken care of.
