  Rob has turned me into a well oiled machine. I used to eat Taco Bell for breakfast and lunch most days of the week. Now I eat fruits and some vegetables. I am also much stronger than I was before and am close to being able to beat up my older brother Jim.

  Worked out here with my trainer Anthony. Everyone there was super nice and very concerned with my health and fitness! I would totally recommend this place!!!

  I have been working out at Fit Stop for over 5 years and feel that has improved my health and overall fitness considerably. The best part of the Fit Stop is my trainer Rob who is patience but also motivates. The work out rooms are always clean. I find that is better to work out in a small gym with Rob a person who is trained and qualified
