  All these 1 star reviews are just entitled people mad that the amenities aren't open
  
  The ones complaining don't wear masks or wipe down surfaces in the common areas after using them. Maybe that's why the amenities aren't as available as you'd like, because you can't follow the rules Karen
  
  Management could be more responsive. Staff, building, and maintenance are all great.

  The pros- really nice, brand new units, gorgeous amenities. All units are different, so you may have a different experience, but our kitchen is massive which is awesome. The common areas have been awesome for working from home. Leasing agent Matthew was super professional, helpful and accommodating. They make an intentional effort to offer game nights, distanced workouts, and food trucks to foster community.
  
  Cons: The communication (or lack of) around amenities reopening was frustrating, but that has improved of late.

  My friend and I visited here on our apartment search. The leasing office was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. They did a great job managing tours during COVID, which I appreciated. Overall very modern appliances and amenities at typical Arlington prices. I would recommend to a friend.

  Such a lovely community. There are tons in this area but this one stands out for a couple reasons. The best reason is because of the staff! They actually care about you and want the best for you. Every time I call they are super helpful and never act like you are bothering them. Nick is outstanding and a true gem.
