  First Buick purchase and definitely won't be our last. We shopped around for a few months, and the price was too good to miss out. I still qualified for the college grad rebate program despite graduating a year ago. Didn't think we'd find our car so close to home but thrilled that we did! My family has always purchased from Freeman and now I know why. Phenomenal sales experience!

  Just bought a new truck from Freeman Grapevine and the guys couldn’t be more helpful. Ozzie and Fred worked to get what we needed and fast. We were in and out in 30 mins to sign the paperwork. Thanks so much for the great service!!

  Jason the service manager was incredibly. I had an issue with my car after an oil change and it wasn't even from anything they did but he still went above and beyond with the service to help me out. Can't thank y'all enough.

  Mike Dumas will go out of his way for you! He will treat you fairly and get you in and out really quick. He won’t pressure you at all. He’s honest and will not BS you. My husband and I have bought two vehicles from there in less than 6 months! We come back for oil changes and they’re still just as friendly and laid back!! We will come here every single time for services and new/used vehicles. We love them! Amazing prices as well. Couldn’t be happier with our vehicles.

  Todd was fantastic, he put up with me coming back 4+ times to test drive different vehicles, look at different options, and really worked hard to get me the best possible value. I have never actually been excited about a vehicle purchase before. I must admit this GMC Denali makes me excited when I get in it. I could not be more pleased with the product and the dealer & team that helped make it happen. Thanks Todd & everyone at Freeman for your patience and customer service. We are happy to be part of the family now & I will be stopping in to say hi. We will also be back when the wife is ready to trade in her car! Thanks again for an excellent experience!
