  Clean gym with kind, helpful fitness professionals and staffs! Plenty of new equipment, fun group exercise classes, and lots of deals and promos. Love love this gym!

  I have been working out with trainer Joey for 2 months and I already loss 25 pounds. He is really passionate and nice to customers :D All trainers are professional and experienced so you must be satisfied to work out with them.

  I'm 45 years old with 3 kids, and I've been Exercising at mk fitness with Joey Kim. Before I exercised here, I was feeling tire and slow but After one lesson/training I felt more energized and I decided to keep on going. By now I have Completed one 'cycle' (which is 10 times) And everyday after, I feel more energized. Joey Kim is a great trainer and he explains everything really well. Before coming to MK fitness I tried yoga and philia test, but this one is the best, and is not a waste of money.

  Lowkey the best fitness center! Certified trainers with experience and knowledge to guide any type of body type, experience and level. Whether you want to bulk up, lose weight or just stay in shape, they are your go to fitness center. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone. Don't waste your time and money with other fitness centers when you can certainly get the best bang for your buck with MK Fitness.
  
  My personal experience was with trainer Joey. Very understanding and flexible, he found the perfect sets for me to meet my goals. Making sure my posture was correct and giving me adequate and doable nutrition advice, I got to my ideal body type within weeks!

  They knows what they are doing. Very professional and energetic. My mom had diabetic before so friend of mine recommended this place for her. Surprisingly, She doesn't have diabetes anymore and she is even healthier ; much stronger too. Thanks to Mk!!
