  Jake, the owner is so cool and professional. The space feels safe and inviting. I loving getting stronger and healthier without feeling inadequate. Highly recommend trying out this place

  I can’t say enough great things about Jake and the workouts!! He is the best coach I have ever had. The workouts are great! You don’t feel like your going to get hurt like some of the other gyms. Jake is a great motivator!!

  If you're somebody who needs extra motivation and accountability to keep yourself in the gym, definitely give The Fit Facility a go. My wife and I joined because it's so close to our house but now we're 4 months in and still going. We tried the whole self-motivation thing by joining The Y and renting exercise equipment for our house but we're just not good at holding ourselves accountable. Jake's done a much better job of that.
  
  Jake's program alternates between conditioning days and strength days and they're constantly changing so it never gets stale. Each session is right around 45 minutes and they're HIIT style, doing 30 seconds of activity and 30 seconds of rest. Because of the small class sizes, there are many days where it feels like we have a personal trainer.
  
  Jake also works with a sister facility up in Florence to keep evolving the program. Way cheaper than comparable trainer/coach + small class gyms. When we first tried it out, he offered a free week for us to see if we liked it. If anything, give him a shout so you can do the trial week.

  No need to look any further! I have tried many workout styles and programs, and The Fit Facility has been the answer to my search. The head coach puts purposeful thought, exercise science, and care into the weekly programming and exercise structure. Their approach to strength and conditioning works for someone starting at zero or even more advanced athletes. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  I love working out at the Fit Facility and have been going consistently since they opened. Every day is different from the last and I never do a workout or exercise where I ask myself "What is the point of this?" Every day is tailored towards making you stronger and fitter by focusing on movements you would actually do in your day to day life. Jake, the trainer at Fit Facility is excellent at explaining and teaching new movements while never making anyone feel dumb if they don't pick it up instantly. You should work out here!
