  We had a nail stuck in our tire and brought our car ( Toyota Rav 4 ) to the Mavis Tire Center at 5200 East Independence ( Charlotte, NC).
  
  I cannot RAVE ENOUGH about the outstanding customer service that we received from Kimberly who was the manager on site and “Q” who was the mechanic that fixed our tire. If you want thorough; quick & expeditious; friendly and professional/knowledgeable service this is absolutely the place to take your car for wheel, brake and tire repair. We had a 1:00 pm appointment and were served immediately. All the work was completed to our satisfaction and we were out the door in 1/2 hour and back on the road. I would not hesitate to highly recommend MAVIS TIRE to anybody. Big thank you to Kimberly and “Q”...!

  Very pleased with my experience today at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I was able to get an appointment on the spot today without any difficulties and was met by friendly and professional staff members. Kimberly was very helpful during the entire process and was great at keeping me updated on my vehicles status. All staff members were very knowledgeable of proper procedures and explained everything thoroughly while physically showing me areas of concern. I had visited this location in the past when it was Griffin tire and was very pleased to find that the service and staff were just as pleasant and efficient as I remembered from prior visits. Very pleasant experience, would recommend .

  Family owned and operated. Griffin Tire does all automotive services including North Carolina state inspections. This Is The One Stop automotive store give them a try I know you'll be happy.
