I was referred here by my primary care doctor, so it was my first visit. I was super early, so I started filling out paperwork. Before I was even done, Jonathan called me back to take my vitals and prep me for the Nurse Practitioner, Nicole. I continued my paperwork and a couple pages in the NP came in and got started. She is the first medical professional that I have met that read my file before seeing me. She did her research and she was very knowledgeable. She spoke at an upbeat pace, but always stopped to ask if I had any questions.
I have a follow up with Dr. Castillo. I hope that visit is just as great.
