Dr. Hapani is great. He explained what was going on with me and answered mine and my husband David questions. Mary Beth did my bone marrow procedure and did an excellent job and put my concerns at ease. The nurses, lab techs, and ladies at the front are awesome. It is nice to find a doctor's office that has great customer service, compassion and a genuine caring attitude about their patients. I was referred to him and glad I went.
Dr. Hapani and his staff are always so helpful when scarey things tend to bring us to see them. They are always super busy but, it doesn't stop them from from going the extra mile!! After a new ""lump** scare causef me to misunderstand a time frame, Tony went out of her way to call Pat (even on her day off, I tthibk) to clarify, reassure us!!!
