  Junior is great! He keeps it fun and motivates you the entire time. Not at all your traditional training session.

  What can I say . I had a number of personal trainers over the years but Fitz is the best. If you really want to get in shape then stop looking and hire Fitz

  For nearly 16 years, I’ve been dealing with chronic pain issues and a compromised spine due to scoliosis. I’ve tried my best over the years to stay active, but unfortunately over time without the proper exercise, my back pain became almost umbearable. A co-worker suggested I meet with Fitz to see what he suggested for getting my back into shape. I was thrilled to hear that after going through back surgery himself, Fitz had been able to regain strength and become pain free by doing the correct excercises to build his core. It’s only been a little over a month and a half since I started training with him and I’ve already noticed a huge difference. Not only have I lost weight, but my pain has greatly diminished in my back and hips. My posture is also infinitely better. If you’re looking for someone with not only a tremendous amount of knowledge about nutrition and phisiology, but also someone who’s able to motivate and offer a strong guiding hand, Fitz is your guy.

  my goal was to look great and feel confident. junior helped me to recover my self-esteem. lose fat, tone and be strong also be able to enjoy my favorites sports and create a routine.
