  I saw Michael Wang, OD at Royo Eye and Laser Center for a diabetic retinopathy scan and optical exam today. At first I was leery because the waiting room was packed, but Michael Wang took be back right on the dot of my appointment time and promptly examined me thoroughly. He made sure to explain in great detail and didn’t rush through my appointment. I was completely impressed with his friendliness and knowledge and can’t recommend him enough. The staff there was super friendly as well. I’ve had difficult experiences with some medical professionals in my life, so when I come across those who stand out in positive ways, I go out of my way to make sure I let everyone know.

  I strongly recommend Dr. Jacob and the professional staff (Nathaniel, Kristina and Leslie were on duty while I was there). There was minimal waiting and extremely thorough diagnostic exam. The staff seemed empowered, knowledgeable and competent. Well done!
