  My Dad was here many years ago, the doctors nurses the staff is wonderful a million times over ! Now my friend's sister is there, she said the staff Everyone is Wonderful Beautiful Fabulous !

  Amidst the medical storm of our lifetimes, these people took in a pair of refugees, one dying, the other feeling he had failed her. They were gave us both the dignity we needed so badly, and the ability to keep his promise to her, her passing in our home, 50 miles away.
  
  Their caring and compassion is only more amazing when they are mourning all that they cannot do due to COVID. Their fight against that enemy, which could literally end everything they try to do, is all the more impressive as they carry on the fight to give every one in their care the love and compassion each needs, both patients and survivors, in the final hours and days.

  Hospice of Western Reserve made my mom's last days comfortable. The nurses and doctors were amazing. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much!

  The loss of a loved one is always extremely difficult. The staff here does a fantastic job with not just the patients there but also their family. They help ease everyone's suffering. Also this location is beautiful right against the water. You can see the view right outside my grandpas room in my attached picture. If there was ever a place to choose to pass on, this would be the place.

  This organization is amazing. Very clean. Compassionate workers from doctors, nurses,and support staff. Beautiful views of lake Erie.
  Truly cares about patient needs. Staff is so friendly and supportive. For patient and family members.
