I am so glad I left pain management and came to STAR. Absolutely amazing Dr and nurses. They got down to exactly what the problem was and didnt jump to what they thought. They didnt just bandaid the problem. Thank goodness for Dr. FORTIN and nurse Katie. I am nearly pain free now.

Wow, my first consultation was very enlightening. Dr. Fortin was very meticulous and detailed in his review and assessment of my issue. I really appreciated his well paced exam and explanation of my condition. I felt very comfortable the entire time and am looking forward to future treatments to relieve my pain.

I was having issues with my knee and after getting stem cell replacement it feels like it did 20 years ago. I couldn't possibly have been more pleased with Dr. Fortin AND his staff. They treated me with respect, professionalism, kindness and care. Dr. spent as much time as I needed and was not in a hurry. No surgery, No meds, No pain AND a completely repaired knee! 100% happy!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fortin for many, many years. He is such caring man who finds the source of your pain, then he treats it accordingly. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking pain relief. He treats the problem and does not give you medication to cover the pain and send you on your way!

Dr. Fortin has provided excellent care for my lower back problems for years. He is highly competent in pain management and rehabilitation and he and his staff are sensitive care takers. He and his staff take the time to determine the cause of pain and to explain that cause in detail to their patients. Dr. Fortin is also expert in and widely known for a determinedly organic and healthy approach to life. He is a physician one can trust.
