PT Sam - Equal fitness

Been training with sam for a few months now and feel amazing! I have tried everything in the past and even bought myself a spin bike which has been residing in my spare room collecting dust since xmas last year however since working with Sam i have got my fitness level back up to were i need it to be and am WAY more enthusiastic about having a lil indoor spin now I’ve got myself going! Thank you Sam, summer bod is on its way!

Excellent knowledge of pre and postnatal fitness.

Sam has taken me from post natal fitness, through another pregnancy and post natal again. He builds up core strength and fitness through a wide variety of exercises and it never gets boring. We do a lot of boxing, which is great fun but also a brilliant way to get fit!

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of knowledge and skill Sam has on everything you need to know and do to get you where you should be !
Would fully recommend this guy to everyone !!
