Had a procedure there on Friday. Excellent service. Everyone was professional and very caring. Highly recommend.
The staff was amazing! I was nervous after a previous surgery at a different hospital having anesthesia issues, but the staff here was so knowledgeable and kind it really put me at ease. My surgery went as perfect as could be, and I recovered feeling 100% and ready to go.
This facility completely blew my expectations. First, the staff are just incredibly helpful. They answered any questions I had and did so in an appropriate manner. They were super friendly and lessened my nerves about having a laproscopy. The RN I had was super lovely and I believe her name was Denise (?). As she led me to the back to prepare for my surgery, she complimented my nails and after I was gowned up, she even stated how beautiful my complexion was! I didn't feel like I was in a surgery center anymore. Then, the anesthesiologist and the other RN who started my IV were equally friendly and courteous. I was flabbergasted! The professional and pleasant attitude of the staff in this center made my day. I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful 2020!
Very clean and the staff is very nice and very friendly. They make you feel comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone.
