There are tons of little side trails to explore beyond the actual loop. Nobody seems to be wearing masks, but at least it's pretty easy to hop off the trail and avoid contact when you do encounter those not wearing them. The trail isn't super busy, and there are so many beautiful large trees keeping the hot sun off of you.

Fun natural area, lovely trees, lots of tipped over logs. A great place for kids to explore, both on and off the trail. A good spot to build a fort in the woods. Trails were fine with a trail capable stroller. No bathrooms.

Quick access from several neighborhood streets to hidden oasis with deep-woods feel almost immediately. Trail entryways clearly marked. Resting bench. Doggie clean up waste station and trashcans. Pond with waterfowl. Imagination invitation to well-marked allowable off-trail hands-on play area near center of this huge rectangle swatch of natural beauty. THANK you planners for leaving some untouched space for us all to enjoy - well done.

This is a great little gem. It reminds me of a tiny version of the famous Forest park in Portland. This is basically a trail loop with "play area" trails interspersed in the middle. It's a great place to walk your dog or go for a quiet walk.

I loved it! It was peaceful and not muddy when i went. That natural play area was cute and one of the trails lead to a little dog park.
