  Wonderful customer service. Knowledgable staff (Roy and Sean). Learned a lot about BMWs while waiting on my car to be serviced.

  I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience here was outstanding! I shopped around before deciding where I was going to take my car especially since I had just purchased my BMW recently. I was very happy with the work, the cost, and the customer service was AMAZING! This will definitely be my go to place for my vehicle!!!

  Roy and Sean are awesome! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Within an hour my car was diagnosed and the price quote was unbeatable! Roy went above and beyond regular service!! These guys are amazing! This is the best place for Your BMW service needs! I will always use Border Euro from here on out. Thank you guys!!!

  I, am not from the area I, found borderland euro on Google.
  I, traveled to ask a few questions.
  I meet Roy.
  Roy was very helpful when I told him what was wrong with my car.
  Roy was very professionals and knowledgeable friendly customer service was top of the line.
  I also meet Roy's son who is master mechanic on BMW's. I also meet the other son who worked on my car.
  The waiting from was very nice with comfortable chairs very relaxing.
  Best thing about the shop they only use OEM parts to repair a vehicle. If you live anywhere in El Paso city or Country and need BMW parts or your car checked out bring by the shop. You will be amazing please with a great customer service.

  I needed an oil change for my Audi and gave Roy a call. He scheduled me for the next day and there was no waiting. When my car was on the lift, the technician called me out and showed me where the AUDI DEALERSHIP had failed to replace under tray bolts from THEIR previous oil change. He replaced the missing bolts for no charge. While I was waiting I spent the time talking to the owner about cars, fishing, life's lessons. Turns out we had a lot in common and knew many of the same people. Roy even gave me the name of another local shop to get my alignment and brake work done in the future. The technician also returned my extra oil in case I needed to top off in the future. I give Borderland Euro my highest rating. Hope to see Roy at the lake soon!
