Eff Mediocrity
(December 26, 2019, 9:44 pm)I was going through a really difficult time in my life. After being recommended by a co worker to contact Good Life Coaching. I needed help to decide what direction I should take in my life. What I appreciated right from the first time we spoke was that she wanted to hear first what I needed help with and determine whether she would be a good fit for what I was looking for instead of just assuming she was the right person for me as many other coaches do. With each visit, she instinctively knew if I had enough strength and energy to work on my plan we created, or if I just needed a safe place to go and be heard and supported. She provided a calm environment where I felt welcomed and where she was able in even my worst times to relieve my stress and anxiety. But most importantly, she gave me hope and encouragement. These sessions have helped me tremendously and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
