  I have been coming for a couple months 2x weekly, the staff are very professional and amazing at what they do! Generally not to busy, music is fun, never had complaints and will continue to come to this location. Larissa, Lars, Sas and Tayva are all outstanding!

  Ive never donated plasma before and I've been doing it for 3 weeks now, twice a week. Everyone is super friendly and the experience has been great. The extra income doesn't hurt either :)

  I’ve given blood for 30+ years and decided to give plasma because of the plethora of diseases it can help people with and also the research they do to advance medicine. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of their processes, the positive attitude and energy of the staff, and the cleanliness of the center. This is my 3rd time donating today and my only issue (and reason for 4 stars) is because they’ve seemed to be understaffed each time I’ve come no matter the time of day making the time to donate longer and I feel sorry for the staff sometimes literally running whilst wearing masks and face shields (?!!!). One more person up front and in back would be a 5-star service. amo

  The BioLife staff are absolutely amazing! They all are very professional & friendly! The facility is always tip top shape including the bathrooms and I ALWAYS see the staff wipe down the beds thoroughly which is most important. The wait time is NEVER long as the staff work effectively & efficiently. I’ve never had any issues with any of the staff and their injections and definitely is not painful. So if you don’t mind a little pinch, want to make a little extra $ for a great cause, BioLife is your place to be!
