Everyone who works at Shred415 is so kind and welcoming! I enjoy every workout and love the upbeat pace of the class. This is a workout for everyone, no matter the status/ level of physical activity. The instructors make sure the intensity is relative to each individual. Highly recommend everyone to give them a try!

Shred415 is the best workout routine ever! Cardio and high intensity training all combined! I have been in many workout facilities in Miami, and I choose Shred415 as my favorite in every aspect. From friendly employees, best trainers, perfectly designed and super effective classes to cleanest and safest place you can workout at. They carry all of the necessary safety hygiene items, and they allow a maximum of 14 people per class in order to make sure you don’t have to share the equipment needed throughout the class. One thousand percent RECOMMENDED! You won’t regret! Plus, You will see results fast, feel great, and get addicted to it!

Excellent program with top instructors. I joined 4 months ago and have improved a lot. I started going a couple of times a week and now going 5-6 times a week. Every session is challenging and you could see how your health and body improves everyday.

BEST work out class hands down - this class is a guaranteed “shred” no matter the level of athlete you are or how intense you make it that day. From the front desk staff welcoming you to the instructors motivation throughout class, it’s a full positive experience and you feel the endorphins the entire rest of the day post class. And I love that there are multi locations around the country!

I love coming to Shred! All the instructors are very motivating and make the work outs fun. I love that it pushes me to get the cardio needed which was something i could never do on my own. I never regret going and leave feeling like i got a great work out every time.
