The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait times, which have gotten better in the past year. I think they've hired more staff. In the past, it was a minimum one hour wait, sometimes as long as two hours. That was a few years back, and it hasn't been that way for a while. Regardless, the staff is professional while being very busy. Dr. DelMedico is patient and understanding. It's not an easy thing to get an appointment with a psychiatrist anywhere, usually take 4-6 months. I'll continue going until Dr. DelMedico retires.
Dr DelMedico is a very gentle soul and spends the time necessary to support and help you. I have had depression for over 20 years and she has spent time getting to know me and uses a nutritional approach along with finding the right medication for me. Her nurse/assistant has been patient with me because I keep forgetting my appointment and need scripts on short notice. Seth Watterson
Staff is soo nice! Dr gilat is amazing! His assistant Diane is very caring! These folks have been very very nice and quick to respond to my problems! Dr gilat is kind caring and knowledgeable! No complaints here. These folks are very nice. If you get the chance to have him as a Dr you are blessed.
