I’m the Executive Chef at River City Brewing Company. Using Stan’s services for my slicer and buffalo chopper has saved the company thousands of dollars. Instead of buying a new piece of equipment he has come in a repaired and sharpened both pieces. My slicer could barely cut ham and now I can cut med rare beef with ease and as thin as ya want.
