  Easy access, very helpful and accommodating staff, and a bit cheaper in the long run than the national chain. Indoor storage. Not temperature or humidity controlled, but in this climate that's not usually needed. Still, with the thick concrete walls the temp seems to stay fairly moderate.

  I've used this storage facility for over four years, and I can't recall a single issue I've had with the place. Affordable, accessible, and reliable.
  
  As so many others have noted, one of the managers, Yul, has been essential in making this such an outstanding experience: he's been available whenever I needed help or to ask a question, and he's always made sure that we had everything we needed. I can't overstate how great it's been to work with him.
  
  Stanford students, this is the place to go for your summer storage needs. Highly recommended to anyone in the area who's looking for a convenient and affordable storage spot.

  The manager, Yul, is amazing! I live in Germany and was moving some of my belongings into storage through a moving company and he was the most helpful, reliable and quick responding person I spoke to and I called to 6 different storage locations in the Mt. View area. You can do everything over the phone and online which many other locations didn't allow. Really easy and great service. Thank you!

  EXCELLENT. The guy who helped me store my stuff was super nice and helpful. WAY better customer service than you expect in 2019.
