I truly cannot say enough about Loretta and the work she has helped me through. I am a father, a husband, a son, a brother, a boss, a sponsor, and a person in recovery from alcoholism and Loretta has helped me in EACH area of my life in ways that words cannot properly describe. Seeing Loretta has been one of the greatest tools I've given myself and I am reminded of that after I walk out of EACH session with a clarity and a serenity that I find nowhere else. I've experienced incredible breakthroughs using EMDR therapy and numerous other breakthroughs simply talking things through and following her simple and effective suggestions.
